The founder is granted a five-year residency, renewable provided that at least 20% equity ownership is maintained and the business continues to operate successfully. In cases of significant growth—particularly where investment volume reaches SAR 15 million and new jobs are created—permanent residency may be granted. The Real Estate Owner Residency enables Premium Residency through ownership of residential property in Saudi Arabia. Residency remains valid as long as ownership is maintained; selling or encumbering the property results in loss of eligibility. Financing through mortgages or loans is not permitted under this programme.

All Premium Residency models require applicants to be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid passport, demonstrate financial solvency, possess a clean criminal record, and undergo a recent medical examination confirming the absence of infectious diseases.
